A great arts district brings people together and enriches lives.
We want to ensure the District is clean, safe, and beautiful for all visitors and residents. Significant improvements have been made due to the newly re-established a Community Improvement District (CID). The Grand Center CID has provided the steady, reliable revenue stream needed to address these kinds of needs on a continuing and systematic basis.
We’ve strengthened the perception of the District as a neighborhood with expanded walking tours and collaborative programming such as First Fridays, under which museum and gallery visitors are admitted free on the first Friday of each month.
Grand Center Inc works to make the District feel like a coherent neighborhood. Making it more physically welcoming and navigable – for pedestrians, motorists, cyclists, etc. We strive to make the District easier for people to know what we have to offer, where it is, and how to get there.
For almost 40 years, Grand Center Inc. has been helping the creative community thrive in the Grand Center Arts District.
